Images on the Sunbelt Inflatable Tents.com and affiliated websites are copyright and may be used only by permission. Permission is granted to use any image that has been purchased by a rental, activity center, church, individual or business from Sunbelt Inflatable Tents for advertising and promotion of that customer in print or online. If you did not purchase your item from Sunbelt Inflatable Tents or one of its affiliates, you may not use our images without written prior permission.
Terms of Purchase
All deposits received are non refundable. Freight charges are not included in listed prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Warranty is 12 months on manufacturing defects on all tents. All blowers warranted by their respective manufacturers. All shipping charges to and from Sunbelt Inflatable Tents during the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer.
Purchasing customer agrees upon delivery of said item to indemnify and hold Sunbelt Inflatable Tents harmless from any and all claims, including action and claims of third parties, of personal injury, costs, damages of any kind, and liability including attorneys fees, fines, penalties, etc. arising from the equipment or its use. Sunbelt Inflatable Tents is not liable for loss of use or profits under any circumstances.
Financing
We suggest the following companies for financing. Sunbelt Inflatable Tents does not receive any commission of any kind from these companies. At no time will Sunbelt Inflatable Tents have access to your information unless you are approved for a loan/lease. We have asked all companies not to notify us when a loan is even requested for our tents without your written approval. If for any reason you are declined, WE WILL NOT KNOW loan was ever attempted (unless you authorized we be notified during the process). All transactions are directly with the lenders. We respect your privacy and value your business.
